Pricing and billing
How much does it cost?
Plans are priced by the number of pages. The current prices, including any one-time setup fee, are on the pricing page. Prices are per month in US dollars.
What do I pay today?
The first month plus any one-time fees, on one bill. Stripe shows the total before you pay.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard. You cannot move to a plan with fewer pages than your site uses; we show you which pages to remove first.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe tries your card again and emails you. Your dashboard asks you to update your card and your site stays online. If it is still unpaid after the grace period, your site shows a temporarily unavailable page until you pay.
Is there a contract?
No contract. Plans are month to month.
Support
Is support included?
Billing help and login help are always free. Chat support with our team is a paid add-on; the prices and hours are on the pricing page. Without it, you get help articles in your dashboard.
Your domain
Do I need my own domain?
No. Your site works at once on a free address from us. You can connect your own domain when you are ready.
How do I connect my domain?
Your dashboard shows the exact records to add at your domain registrar, with copy buttons. It checks them for you and turns on the secure padlock (SSL) for free once the records point to us.
Will connecting my domain break my email?
Only add the records we show you. Do not change your MX records; they control your email.
Cancelling
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your billing page. Your site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for.
What happens to my leads if I cancel?
Your site goes offline once the paid period ends. Your dashboard stays open read-only for a while afterwards so you can export your leads.
Your site and AI
Do I have to write the text?
No. Answer the setup questions and AI writes a first draft. You can rewrite any part, with AI help or on your own. Each plan includes a number of AI writing credits per month.
Will AI make up licenses or reviews?
It is told not to. Licenses, awards, reviews, prices and guarantees stay empty until you add them. Check every fact before you publish.
Can I edit my site after it is live?
Yes. Edit your draft any time. Visitors see changes only after you press Publish, and you can put an earlier version back in one click.
Do I get the requests my visitors send?
Yes. Every form request is emailed to you and saved in your dashboard. Spam is filtered before it reaches you.
Will my site show up on Google?
We set up the basics: page titles, descriptions and a sitemap, and you can connect Google Search Console. We cannot promise rankings or that Google will list a page by a certain date.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. You answer questions in plain words. Changing the site is filling in boxes, one section at a time, with no design canvas to wrestle with.
